Our Story
The Founder: Since 2005, I have regularly travelled to Vienna on recommendation for specific medical concerns and health-related questions – first from Hamburg, later from Cologne, and finally from Paris. I have always received treatment there with full trust and great success, whether for dental issues, more complex health problems, or even minor complaints. My daughter was also supported by this practice, complementing the care of her local paediatrician. Whenever we had questions, we could always receive guidance by phone.
Over the years, this medical practice has grown into a private clinic that now brings together numerous medical specialties while staying true to its original philosophy: to view and treat each person holistically – under one roof and with close interdisciplinary cooperation. This integrative approach, combining modern conventional medicine with complementary methods in a structured way, is what makes this clinic truly unique.
In 2023, I moved to Vienna. During discussions with the clinic’s leadership, the idea emerged to make this distinctive form of medicine accessible to an international audience seeking high-quality, comprehensive, and holistic medical care.
Today, I act as a bridge between the clinic and international patients. I support people who are navigating their way out of a health crisis and help them access first-class medical care – individually, empathetically, and with well-coordinated guidance.
Our Purpose
Our dedicated International Patient Coordinator, working exclusively with the Atomos Clinic, supports individuals living outside of Austria who are seeking medical treatment in Vienna. Whether motivated by the desire for specialized care, faster access, or treatment not available in their home country, patients receive personal, multilingual assistance every step of the way.
From the first point of contact, we act as your liaison with the clinic:
- Your medical case is reviewed by the clinic’s specialists.
- You receive a treatment proposal and cost estimate.
- If you decide to proceed, we coordinate all necessary appointments.
- Upon arrival in Vienna, you are welcomed in person and, if requested, accompanied during your medical visits as a language interpreter.
- You pay your medical bills directly to the clinic, with full transparency.
